At Traveling JetSetter, we believe in a smooth and seamless process so clients can focus on the excitement of their trip rather than the stress of it. From the consultation to the take off, we handle all the details so when it's wheels up time, clients can lean back and relax in anticipation to an exciting journey ahead.
3 Steps to your next BEST vacation:
THE CONSULTATION
STEP 1. Our first step is a scheduled consultation. We'll discuss your overall vision for the trip so I'll know how to craft an exceptional itinerary. Once I have a good understanding of your needs and we agree to move forward, you'll pay the client services and design fee and I'll get started right away.
RESEARCH & DESIGN
STEP 2. Once the research and planning process is complete and a draft of all components and logistics are pulled together, within 7-10 days, based on the complexity of the trip, I'll schedule a review of the proposal with you. At that time, we'll discuss the itinerary and make any revisions to meet your expectations.
CONFIRM & SECURE
STEP 3. After noted revisions are complete, I'll send you the finalized trip itinerary for you to review and accept. Upon authorization, you'll place your security deposit and travel arrangements will be secured.

PREPARING TO GO
We'll send periodic email touch-points leading up to departure. You'll receive important information such as in-country entry requirements, destination information and a relevant packing list.
We'll also monitor your trip for updates, add your tickets and pickup and departure times to your itinerary as they become available and keep you informed along the way.
You'll also be setup on What's App. This will be our form of communication while you're traveling should you need assistance or there are any delays. Your trip itinerary, travel e-documents and your point of contacts will be located in your provided travel app for easy access while traveling.
THE TRIP
It's the long awaited departure time! We know you'll have an amazing time and hope you'll tag us when you post your trip photo's so we can follow along on your journey and we can't wait to hear the feedback upon your return!
