TRAVEL PLANNING INVESTMENT
Your travel planning investment reflects the time, expertise, and care that go into designing a journey that feels effortless from start to finish. From thoughtful itinerary design and trusted on-the-ground partners to seamless logistics and personal support, this investment ensures every detail is handled with intention—so you can focus on the experience, not the planning.
Each trip is custom designed, which means your investment varies based on the scope of planning, destination complexity, and level of service required. After an initial consultation, you’ll receive clear guidance on what to expect before moving forward—no surprises, just clarity and confidence.
Couples + Families (18+)
Private or Guided Touring. Based on length and complexity of trip.
Small Groups
A small group (8+ travelers), whether it be your favorite friends, extended family, or affinity club members.

This investment covers collaborative itinerary creation with the group leader and is based on length and complexity of trip.
Trip Change
When a change in plans or direction occurs, after the itinerary has been finalized, there is a trip change fee for additional time in canceling, researching, booking and updating itinerary documents for the new components of a trip.
Emergency Service
Need to cancel your trip and rebook the same vacation for a later date? Unexpected changes can happen and we provide client services for what we call emergency support. This fee provides expert assistance if you need to reschedule or rebook your entire trip. We'll handle all cancellations and reconfirmations, ensuring a smooth transition. Whether you need help before or during your travels, we're here to navigate any challenges.

Yes, Traveling JetSetter offers personalized trip planning services to help you create a unique and personal travel experience that fits who you are. You can contact us to schedule a complimentary consultation.
We offer travel services to Italy and Israel. We are certified destination specialists in both countries. Our global network of brands allows us to bring you the best experiences in each destination.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking and the supplier used. We recommend checking the specific cancellation policy for your booking before confirming your reservation.
The required documents vary depending on your destination and citizenship. However, Italy and Israel travel require a valid passport and potentially a visa. We'll cover this during our consultation.
Once we proceed with the research, planning and design phase, the client service and design investment is no longer refundable. Should you have to post pone your trip, we can apply that fee to your future trip. If your trip has to be revised due to new research and trip altering, a new design investment will take effect.
