The white-glove planning fee allows us to plan, research and book every element of your vacation, all while staying within your budget and in alignment with your personal travel needs and style.  Securing bookings, document preparation for each traveler, trip monitoring and client travel support while traveling until you arrive home are included.  Price based on complexity of trip and number of travelers.

For a small group (10+), whether it be your favorite friends, family, or clients.   We will work with the group leader to curate the perfect itinerary.  This fee covers collaborative itinerary creation with the group leader.  Planning, curating, securing bookings, document preparation for each solo/couple, trip monitoring and client travel support while while traveling until you arrive home are included.  Pricing based on complexity of trip and is divided per person.

When a change in plans or direction occurs, after the itinerary has been created and we've finalized an itinerary, there is a trip change fee for additional time in canceling, researching, booking and updating itinerary documents for the new components of a trip. 

Need to cancel your trip and rebook the same vacation for a later date?  Unexpected changes can happen and we provide client services for what we call emergency support.  This fee provides expert assistance if you need to reschedule or rebook your entire trip. We'll handle all cancellations and reconfirmations, ensuring a smooth transition. Whether you need help before or during your travels, we're here to navigate any challenges.
