From personalized travel planning to the take-off, we handle all the details, ensuring that when it's wheels up time, clients can lean back and relax in anticipation of an exciting journey ahead with a perfectly crafted vacation.
3 Steps to your next BEST vacation:
THE VIDEO CALL
STEP 1. Our first step is a scheduled planning session. We'll discuss your overall vision for the trip so I'll know how to craft an exceptional itinerary that matches your travel style, passions, pace and purpose.
Once I have a good understanding of your needs and we agree to move forward, you'll pay the concierge service and planning investment and I'll get started right away.
RESEARCH & DESIGN
STEP 2: The research and development process can take up to 7 days, depending on the length and complexity of the trip.
We'll schedule another virtual call and I'll present to the finished proposal. This is where any additional experiences or revisions will be discussed.
CONFIRM & SECURE
STEP 3. After noted revisions are complete, I'll send you the finalized trip itinerary for you to review and accept.
Upon authorization, you'll place your security deposit and travel arrangements will be secured.
